Info & practical advice :

We recommend you allow some extra time for your journey in case of a TAN delay because: 

  • Your ticket won't be refunded if you miss your OUIGO train. 

  • You won't be able to travel on a later TGV using this ticket. 

It's best to plan things in advance. If you buy your tickets in advance, you won't be stuck in a queue at the station. 

Factor in the time it takes to get to the station so that you arrive 30 minutes before your train's scheduled departure. Train doors close 5 minutes before departure.
