There is a car parks on 85 Quai d'Austerlitz. It is a paid car park but it does allow pick-ups/drop-offs that are free for the first 5 minutes. 

ZIPCAR operates a paid car-sharing service: self-service cars are available 24/7. This car park is located outside on Cour Museum, 7 bis boulevard de l'Hôpital.
