Ouigo Spain is strongly committed to providing the best travelling experience to all passengers.
We think that everyone, regardless of their physical or mental ability, have the right to benefit from our offers and services.
Already aware of the importance of the accessibility of our trains, it was only natural for us to work on digital accessibility for our websites and mobile application.
We have thus launched an ongoing process of improving and maintaining accessibility with the help of digital accessibility experts.
Our goal is to be compliant with the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and to follow the Spanish legislation transposing directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
