OUIGO Spain is firmly committed to offering the best travel experience to all its travelers.
We believe that everyone, regardless of their physical or intellectual abilities, has the right to benefit from our offers and services.
With the help of digital accessibility experts, we have incorporated features into the website and mobile application that facilitate their use by visually impaired users.
Our website has support systems for screen reading, as well as the possibility of adjusting the contrast to make it easier to read.
During its implementation in Spain, ILUNION has trained OUIGO staff in matters such as assisting customers with functional needs.
We want to offer our travelers all possible assistance from the moment of purchase until they reach their destination, including onboard assistance for persons with reduced mobility (PRM), Braille indications and public address announcements and indications, among other measures.
Being fully aware of the importance of accessibility to our trains, the next logical step was to work on the digital accessibility of our website and our mobile application.

Compliance status
This website has obtained the AA accessibility certification granted by ILUNION Accessibility, which guarantees that any person can access, navigate and interact efficiently and independently with its platforms.
This consultancy has been conducted in accordance with the web 2.1 content accessibility guidelines established by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) and the UNE-EN 301549:2019 standard, which is the European standard for functional accessibility requirements for public ICT products and services.
This double AA accreditation includes monitoring to ensure that the accessibility achieved is maintained over time.
