General Conditions of the Promotion:

Conditions to meet the requirements and get the seventh free ticket:

● It is advisable to create an account in the OUIGO personal area to accumulate trips. In any case, for technical reasons, it is essential to stay subscribed to commercial communications throughout the promotional period to accumulate trips. If you unsubscribe during the promotion period, you will not be able to receive your free ticket. If you unsubscribe after receiving the code for a free ticket, you can still use it.
● The free ticket is obtained after completing the 6th trip. It starts counting from the date of the first trip and ends on the date of the sixth trip.
● Travel period: Trips between July 8 and September 30 count for this promotion. Tickets purchased before this period but with travel dates within this range also count for this promotion.
● If a trip is canceled with Money Back, it does not count towards accumulation.
● Only 6 trips between the same two cities (both directions) are counted. Example: Madrid-Valencia, regardless of the direction.
● All travelers on a reservation made with the same email count, including children, except for babies.
● Not applicable to free tickets or tickets purchased outside our direct channels (web and app).
● Cities included in the offer: Madrid, Cuenca, Valencia, Albacete, Alicante, Segovia, and Valladolid. Routes Madrid-Barcelona, Murcia, and Elche are excluded.
● Group discounts are not accepted.
● Trips are only accumulated, and the discount code is received if the conditions of this promotion are met.

Conditions for the 7th Free Trip:

● Once you have traveled 6 times, an email with the discount code will be sent, which will also appear in the OUIGO personal area. Therefore, you must have registered at the beginning of the promotion to accumulate the trips and obtain the discount code.
● The code is only applicable for a one-way ticket and traveler between the same two cities where the previous 6 trips were made, regardless of the direction.
● The same email used for the previous 6 bookings must be used.
● The code can only be redeemed through the direct channel, i.e., the OUIGO web and app.

● The deadline to use the obtained discount code is November 30, 2024.
● Travel period: until December 20, 2024, except for Fridays, Sundays, and the following days:
- July 10 and 11
- August 14, 15, and 17
- September 7, 9, 21, 23, and 24
- October 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 31
- November 2 and 9
- December 5, 7, 9, 21, 24, and 31, 2024
● Routes Madrid-Barcelona, including the intermediate stops Zaragoza and Tarragona, and the route Madrid-Elche-Murcia are excluded.
● The reservation must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the trip.
● Subject to train occupancy.
● Not applicable to package options and supplements or post-sales purchases. Additional options will be paid for separately.
● You must stay subscribed to commercial communications throughout the promotion to receive the discount code. If you unsubscribe after receiving the discount code, you will still have the right to use it.
