*General conditions of the promotion:

  • Promotion applicable to purchases of general fare tickets (child and baby fares excluded), “Essential” or “Plus” packages (Full tickets excluded) on Ouigo’s official website or App from Tuesday, November 25 at 11:00 a.m. until Monday, December 1 at 11:59 p.m., for travel between Monday, December 1, 2025, and Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
  • If you meet the promotion conditions, for each ticket purchased you will receive a discount code for 50% off, applicable to a future purchase made on the Ouigo Spain official website or App between December 1, 2025, and January 28, 2026, for travel between January 8, 2026, and February 28, 2026 (Fridays and Sundays excluded), subject to the usage conditions set out below.
  • Codes will be generated only for new bookings, made and confirmed within the specified purchase period.
  • A maximum of six (6) discount codes can be received per email address.
  • The discount code will be available 24 to 48 hours after the confirmation of the booking that granted the right to receive the code, in the “My Bookings” section of the Ouigo Spain official website and App or in the “My Vouchers” section of your customer account, if you have one.
  • The code will also be communicated within the same period by email if the purchaser has agreed to receive the OUIGO newsletter at the email address provided during the purchase process.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other OUIGO promotions or discounts, except large family discounts.
  • Code Usage Conditions:
    • Each code offers a 50% discount, up to a maximum of €25 per booking, and can be applied only once per booking.
    • Discount codes are valid only for round-trip bookings (not applicable to one-way bookings).
    • The email address of the purchaser using the discount code must be the same as the one used for the booking that generated the code.
    • Valid only for “Essential” and “Plus” packages (Full packages excluded); the discount will not apply to extras or additional services.
    • Discount codes can only be used for bookings on Ouigo Spain’s official website and App during the purchase process, not in after-sales.
    • The code cannot be used for bookings traveling on Fridays or Sundays.
    • The discount will apply only to trips within valid dates (between January 8, 2026, and February 28, 2026, Fridays and Sundays excluded). If only one journey of a round trip qualifies, the discount will apply only to that journey.
