ACCESS INFORMATION

  • Children's policy:

    • Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

    • Minors between 14 and 18 years of age may enter with the authorisation of a parent/legal guardian.

    • Authorisation will be requested at the entrance.

    • The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited.

    • From the age of 2 years and over, the entrance ticket must be presented.

    • We do not recommend access for children under 2 years of age due to the acoustic noise.

  • ID will be requested.

  • Tickets are not numbered, they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

  • Drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

  • Photographs will be taken and recorded inside the venue for promotional use.

  • No re-entry will be allowed once you have left the venue.

  • If you have purchased your ticket from Madrid or Albacete, you will receive the train tickets in the email with which you have made the purchase. OUIGO is not responsible for changes or refunds if the train is missed.

  • There will be no lockers to leave your belongings.
