OUIGO’s arrival in Spain will bring new jobs as part of our commitment to generating long-term added value.
We will be creating 250 direct jobs and as many as 1,000 additional indirect jobs through our partners and local suppliers.
OUIGO believes in both quality employment and integration. 52% of our permanent staff consists of women with permanent positions. We have entered the Spanish market not only to bring high-speed travel to everyone, but also to contribute to society at a social and economic level. OUIGO’s launch in Spain will rely on local employment with 98% permanent contracts.
