OUIGO joins Shakira's Madrid concerts with a station to get you around the venue full steam ahead.
Madrid hosted one of those events you couldn't ignore. The European Residency LMYNL landed in the capital with a show designed to surprise you from start to finish. OUIGO joined in as a sponsor, adding movement, energy and an extra something you wouldn't have wanted to miss.
A OUIGO train wrapped in she-wolf mode
One of the big moves in this partnership was the OUIGO train wrapped in the tour's artwork, which ran until October. Yes, a train dressed for the occasion, carrying the image of the European Residency LMYNL wherever we went.
Because some trains in life you simply can't let pass you by. And when that train turned up in she-wolf mode, you had to catch it.
Getting to the concerts was better with a discount and with OUIGO
With OUIGO, everything was made easy! We emailed everyone who bought tickets for the European Residency LMYNL concerts through Live Nation. The email offered a 25% discount on OUIGO travel to or from Madrid, from 14 destinations, for anyone who booked before 15 August.
The OUIGO experience at the European Residency LMYNL was for our people
The European Residency LMYNL wouldn't have been the same without its community. That's why OUIGO wanted to give you the chance to be there in two ways:
- First, anyone who bought a ticket between 15 and 23 September had the chance to experience the European Residency LMYNL with a companion.
- Second, we ran a competition on TikTok to be part of Shakira's pack and walk alongside her. The decision wasn't easy: there were more than 100 entries!
Because when a community is this devoted, the least we could do was rise to Altura Cielo.
Full steam ahead around the venue
The complete experience was with OUIGO. That's why there were two little trains to take you around the whole European Residency LMYNL venue, so you didn't miss a thing.
Because yes, you could travel inside the venue too. It was a route with five stops, so getting around the space became part of the experience.
- OUIGO Station. The starting point for the adventure. It all began here. It was next to the food pavilion.
- Macondito. The pavilion for the little ones. A space designed so the experience had room for families too.
- Plaza Macondo. The heart of the venue. This was where everything beat and where the energy of the event came together.
- The Museum. The pavilion dedicated to the star of the residency, with the most iconic and recognisable elements of her world. A space to look around, recognise and enjoy up close.
- The Workshop. The fashion space, with a viewing point upstairs offering the best views over the whole venue. A place to stop for a moment, take a breath and see the big picture from a different perspective.

The European Residency LMYNL in Madrid took place on 12 dates between September and October 2026:
- September: 18, 19, 20, 25, 26 and 27
- October: 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 and 12

The residency was held at Iberdrola Music, in Villaverde (Madrid), a space adapted for the occasion as a large immersive venue.
It wasn't just somewhere to watch a concert. It was a space made to be lived in. To be explored. To let yourself get carried away by a bigger, more immersive and more complete experience.
