How to add OUIGO PLUS?
You can simply add it during the purchase process or subsequently in the "My Bookings" area up to 30 minutes before departure of your train.
In 4 steps in the purchase process:
1) Fill in your travel details and choose your preferred schedule.
2) The OUIGO Plus offer will appear, click on the SELECT button to continue with your booking.
3) If you have also chosen an outbound journey, repeat the above steps.
4) Fill in your details and complete the purchase, you now have OUIGO Plus!
In 4 steps if I already have a ticket:
1) Go to the MY BOOKINGS area.
2) Enter the email address you used to make the booking and your booking reference (e.g. A1BC23).
3) In the side menu, click on "add options or change traveller details" and select "add options or change outbound/inbound ticket".
4) On the page that appears, click on the SELECT button. You now have OUIGO Plus!
