WHAT IS "EL 7 DE OUIGO"?
We are offering a flat rate of €7 on all Essential package tickets for 7 weeks for routes between Valladolid <> Segovia, Valladolid <> Madrid, and Segovia <> Madrid. This means that all Essential package tickets bought via our website and app will be priced at €7. What's more, when you purchase 6 tickets between these destinations, you will receive a code via email to exchange for a complimentary ticket, making the 7th ticket completely free.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION
Terms and Conditions for the fixed price of €7:
- OUIGO will offer a fixed price of €7 on Essential package tickets purchased for routes between Madrid, Segovia and Valladolid.
- Promotional period: from 3 September to 19 October.
- This fixed price does not apply to package options and add-ons (Plus or Full), after-sales purchases, or group bookings.
- This fixed price does not apply to any extras that may be added to the booking.
- Cities of origin and destination included in the promotion: Madrid, Segovia and Valladolid. All others are excluded.
- This fixed price applies to tickets bought via OUIGO's direct channels (website and app) and also to those purchased through indirect sales channels.
Terms and Conditions for claiming your seventh complimentary ticket:
- OUIGO will offer one (1) complimentary ticket* for every six (6) OUIGO tickets purchased during the promotional period using the same email address for travel between two cities on the Madrid-Valladolid line.
- All bookings must be made through the same OUIGO customer account. If you do not have a customer account or are not logged in when making bookings, make sure you use the same email address for all bookings.
- In any event, for technical reasons, the email address used to register bookings must be subscribed to commercial notifications throughout the promotional period to collect journeys. If the email address is unsubscribed during the promotional period, the 7th free ticket will not be received. The code can still be used if the email address is unsubscribed after receiving the code for a complimentary ticket.
- Promotional period: from 3 September to 19 October.
- The complimentary ticket is awarded once the 6th ticket meeting the promotion's terms and conditions has been purchased; travelling is not required.
- All bookings made during the promotional period will qualify for the promotion; those made before or after will not be considered.
- All tickets (of any sort of travel package: Essential, Plus, or Full) that meet the requirements will be included when calculating the total number of tickets purchased.
- Journeys cancelled using the Money Back option and those cancelled by OUIGO (unless the date change option is selected and the new journey complies with the promotion's terms and conditions) are not included when calculating the total number of tickets purchased.
- Cities of origin and destination included in the promotion: Madrid, Segovia and Valladolid. All others are excluded. Only six (6) journeys between the same two (2) cities in both directions are accounted for. E.g.: Madrid-Valladolid, regardless of direction.
- Tickets for all routes (one-way or return) that meet the terms and conditions for all travellers are accounted for, including children's tickets, except for infant tickets.
- Not applicable to free-of-charge tickets or tickets bought through channels other than OUIGO's official website and app.
- This promotion does not apply to group bookings.
- Only completed journeys are accumulated, and the discount code is issued if this promotion’s terms and conditions are satisfied.
*Terms & Conditions for the complimentary ticket:
- When six (6) tickets have been purchased using the same email address, OUIGO will send an email to that address with a 100% discount code (equivalent to one ticket) for an Essential ticket for one passenger and one route.
- The received discount code can also be accessed as follows: (A) If all bookings are made through a customer account, the discount code will be available in that account; (B) If not all bookings are made through a customer account, the discount code will be available in the ‘My bookings’ section of the first booking that qualifies for the discount. To access it, you need to enter the reference number of the first booking and the email address used to make the booking.
- This discount does not apply to any extras that may be added to the booking.
- This discount is only valid for a one-way ticket for a single passenger, between the same two cities where the six (6) routes that qualify the customer for the complimentary ticket were undertaken, regardless of the direction.
- The 100% discount code can only be used on a booking where the purchaser's email address matches the email address used for the six (6) bookings that qualify them for the complimentary ticket.
- The discount code can only be claimed via OUIGO's direct channels, such as the OUIGO website and app.
- Bookings using the discount code must be made by 19 October 2025.
- The discount code can only be used for travel between 3 September and 19 October 2025.
- The booking in which the discount code is used must be made at least 72 hours prior to the travel date.
- Use of the discount code is subject to seat availability on the train.
- This discount code does not apply to package options and add-ons, after-sales purchases, or group bookings. To add additional options, the associated amount must be paid.
- To receive the discount code, the email address used to register bookings must be subscribed to commercial notifications throughout the promotional period. If the email address is unsubscribed after receiving the discount code, the right to use the code will still be valid, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.
