Accessibility statement - mobile application

Ouigo Spain is strongly committed to providing the best travelling experience to all passengers.  

We think that everyone, regardless of their physical or mental ability, have the right to benefit from our offers and services. 

Already aware of the importance of the accessibility of our trains, it was only natural for us to work on digital accessibility for our websites and mobile application. 

We have thus launched an ongoing process of improving and maintaining accessibility with the help of digital accessibility experts. 

This app has been made with accessibility in mind. However, there are still some changes that need to be implemented to provide a fully accessible experience. 

In the meantime, while our team is working on the remaining changes, we are aware that you might encounter some issues.
