With OUIGO FULL, you'll not only enjoy our FLEX! option, but you'll also have the advantage of a "refundable ticket" option automatically included in your ticket. Unlike OUIGO PLUS, with OUIGO FULL you can take two additional pieces of luggage or XL, all at a lower price.

WHAT IS OUR REFUNDABLE TICKET?
Our refundable ticket is an option we offer with our OUIGO FULL service, which gives you the possibility to make both full and partial cancellations of your booking. For example, if you purchased a return ticket but wish to cancel only the outward journey, you can do so without any problem. Even if you decide to cancel both journeys, that option is also available.
Therefore, when you cancel your ticket, you will be refunded 80% of the value of the booking if you choose to receive the money or 100% if you choose to receive a voucher for your next trips.
HOW DOES THE REFUNDABLE TICKET WORK?
Follow these steps
1. You must have an OUIGO FULL ticket
2. Log in to your MY BOOKINGS area where you can manage your refund
3. Click on "Cancel the trip and request my refund" in the menu
4. Select the trip you want to cancel (Outbound and/or Inbound)
5. Select the refund method (choose between 100% voucher or 80% refund by the same payment method you used to purchase your ticket)
6. Confirm your refund. You will receive a confirmation email; if you chose voucher, you will find it automatically in your "MY BOOKINGS" area. If you chose "Refund", you will receive the amount in the same payment method according to the terms indicated by your bank.
