*General conditions of the promotion

  • Promotion applicable to purchases of general fare tickets (excluding child and baby fares), Essential or Plus type tickets (excluding Full tickets) on the website and in the official OUIGO APP from Thursday 12 December to Monday 25 December at 11:59 p.m., for trips between Thursday 16 January 2024 and Sunday 6 April 2025 on the Madrid-Córdoba-Seville and Madrid-Córdoba-Málaga lines.
  • If you meet the conditions of the promotion, for the purchase of each ticket you will get a 30% discount code, subject to the conditions of use set out below, applicable to a future official purchase of OUIGO Spain between Thursday, December 12 and Wednesday, January 15, for trips on the Madrid-Córdoba-Seville and Madrid-Córdoba-Málaga lines between Thursday, January 16 and Sunday, April 6, excluding Fridays, Sundays and the following dates:
    • January 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 and from Thursday, February 27 to Monday, March 10, 2025
  • The codes will only be generated on new reservations, made and confirmed within the specified purchase period.
  • You may receive up to a maximum of six (6) discount codes per email address.
  • The discount code will be available between 24 and 72 hours after the confirmation of the reservation that gave the right to receive the code, in the “My reservations” section of the OUIGO Spain website and app.
  • The code will also be communicated, within the same period, by email if the buyer has agreed to receive the OUIGO newsletter at the email address entered when making the purchase.
  • Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, except for large family discounts
  • Conditions of Use of the codes:
    • Each code offers a 30% discount, of a maximum of €25 per reservation, and can only be applied once per reservation.
    • The discount codes will be valid only for round-trip reservations (not applicable to one-way reservations).
    • Discount codes will only be valid for bookings on the two southern lines Madrid-Cordoba-Seville and Madrid-Cordoba-Malaga
    • The buyer's email address for the booking in which the code is used must be the same as that of the booking that gave rise to the code.
    • Valid only for "Essential" and "Plus" packages (excluding "Full" packages); the discount will not apply to extras or additional services.
    • Discount codes can only be used for bookings on the official direct channels of OUIGO Spain (website and app) and in the sales channel, not in after-sales.
    • The discount will apply only to journeys on eligible dates (between Thursday, January 16, 2024 and Sunday, April 6, 2025, excluding Fridays, Sundays and the following dates: January 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 and from Thursday, February 27 to Monday, March 10, 2025). If only one journey in a booking qualifies, the discount will apply to that journey only.
