If you book additional travel services for your trip or holiday using the links to third-party services made available to you by OUIGO, you will NOT enjoy the rights applicable to package tours under the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.

Our company, OUIGO, will therefore not be responsible for the correct execution of the additional travel services. In the event of problems, please contact the relevant service provider.

OUIGO complies in all cases with the obligation of article 167 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
