YOU CAN NOW LOCK THE PRICE OF YOUR TICKETS
In OUIGO we understand that you may need time to plan your trip, that's why we now give you the opportunity to keep the current price and confirm your booking when you have made up your mind.
As easy as ever. Select the journey options: day and time of the train and all the additional options you want to include and for only 2€ you will be able to block the price for a defined period of time.
How does TIME TO THINK work?
1. Select the trip you want to book
2. If Time to Think is available, the "LOCK CURRENT PRICE" button will appear when you choose your ticket type.
3. On the basket page you can confirm whether or not you want to use your TIME TO THINK. For only 2€ you will lock in your price.
4. Once you have purchased your TIME TO THINK, your booking will be provisional for a defined period of time during which you will be able to confirm it. If you do not confirm the booking within this time period, the booking will be forfeited and the places will be released.
How long does my provisional booking last?
Reservation between 7 and 30 days in advance
If you make your booking between 7 and 30 days before departure, your TIME TO THINK is 48h.
Booking more than 30 days in advance
Booking in advance is rewarded! When you book more than 30 days in advance, enjoy your TIME TO THINK for 7 days.
| You can block your reservation for a defined period of time with TIME TO THINK. This option costs €2, which is not discounted or refunded, and allows you to block the price of your tickets for 48 hours or 7 days, depending on how far in advance. |

| Once you have your provisional booking and you are clear about it, confirm it by paying the price from the "My bookings" section. Once confirmed, you will be able to manage your booking normally and improve your trip. |

| Choose TIME TO THINK and don't worry about anything else! We will send you a reminder email 12h before your provisional booking expires. |
