Booking your OUIGO ticket lets you travel at the best price, with no fuss. To get the most attractive fares, you just need to know a few rules about choosing seats and to plan for the date your tickets go on sale. Let us guide you to optimise your next booking.

To track down the lowest price at OUIGO, the secret is to plan from the moment sales open.

Key points depending on your journey: 

• OUIGO High Speed: tickets are generally on sale between 2 and 9 months before departure. Sales open on fixed dates, only 2 times a year (once for the winter season, once for the summer season).
• OUIGO Train Classique: tickets go on sale on a rolling basis up to 60 days before departure. No point trying to book 6 months in advance. A small subtlety for Paris – Brussels trains: since you can book your journey up to 6 months in advance

A last-minute change of plan? Don't panic. If the train isn't full, you can book your ticket up to 30 minutes before it departs, straight from your smartphone.

Booking your OUIGO ticket? Child's play! 

1. Search: Enter your journey, dates and the number of travellers
2. Choose your formula: OUIGO Essentiel for the essentials, OUIGO Plus or OUIGO Full for more comfort
3. Add options: Luggage, seat choice, pet, bike, OUIGOFLEX ... depending on your needs
4. Pay: Check the summary and pay securely. Your ticket is 100% digital
5. Booking confirmed, ticket on its way: Don't worry if you can't see your ticket straight after purchase: your booking is safely registered. Your ticket becomes available in the app and by email 4 days before departure. And if you book less than 4 days before departure, it's available immediately.

The booking confirmation email is sent automatically after you book. Remember to check your junk mail!

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank cards: Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard.
• Virtual cards: virtual payment cards generated by your bank.
• Mobile solutions and digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, with the option to pay in four interest-free instalments for eligible transactions.
• Vouchers: OUIGO vouchers, received following compensation for a delay or from a OUIGOSWAP resale, are deducted directly from the total of your order.

Payment methods not accepted:
To guarantee its low-cost fares, OUIGO does not accept the following payment methods: American Express cards, meal vouchers (titres-restaurant), ANCV holiday vouchers (chèques-vacances), paper bank cheques, cash and simple cash-withdrawal cards.
