The use of masks will be compulsory for passengers during the entire journey, both at the station and on board our trains. Mask use checks will be carried out before boarding the train to ensure that all passengers comply with this measure.
Our trains are safe! On board, contact surfaces are cleaned and disinfected with a specific product several times a day. If infection is suspected, a full disinfection procedure by fumigation will be initiated.
All our agents at the station and during the journey will be equipped with masks to ensure the protection of all passengers and will be systematically tested. The entire crew is trained to attend to any passenger who shows symptoms of COVID-19 and to take necessary measures such as isolation to ensure the safety of both the compromised passenger and all others.
We guarantee clean and renewed air in our trains.
At the moment our OUIBAR will remain closed until the situation allows its reopen.
Our trains will be equipped with high-performance ventilation systems, ensuring renewed and healthier air throughout the journey.
