Fancy travelling with a free mind? OUIGOFLEX is the option that lets you exchange your OUIGO tickets with no additional fees (apart from any fare difference) and as many times as you like, up to 30 minutes before departure. We'll explain what it changes, how much it costs and how to make the most of it.
OUIGOFLEX is the freedom to change your mind. Once you've taken out the option, you can exchange your tickets: date, time, journey, as many times as you like, without paying exchange fees. Only any fare difference between your previous ticket and the new ticket remains payable by you.
A last-minute change of plan, a sudden urge, a cancelled interview or a grandson who comes down with chickenpox: your trip becomes flexible. The option works on OUIGO High Speed as well as OUIGO Train Classique, up to 30 minutes before departure.
OUIGOFLEX costs €9 per adult and free for your child (accompanying a paying adult)! It's a single price, whatever the journey. And on a connecting journey, you only pay for the option once to cover the whole trip.
It's the ideal option for the forward planners who like to keep a plan B, as well as for those who book early and might change their minds. To set off relaxed, just one reflex: OUIGOFLEX!
OUIGOFLEX is taken out at the time of booking. After choosing your journey, at the options step, just tick the OUIGOFLEX option, and that's it. The option is automatically added for all travellers.
Please note: This option can only be added at the time of the initial booking. It won't be possible to add it after you've paid for your ticket. Think about it as soon as you book if you sense a change of plans.
For OUIGO High Speed and OUIGO Train Classique trains, OUIGOFLEX can be taken out up to 7 days before departure. For journeys on the Belgium line, the option remains available up to and including the day of departure. OUIGOFLEX can also be included in the OUIGO Full formula for High Speed journeys and on the Paris – Brussels line.
With the OUIGOFLEX option, exchange fees are zero. The only thing that may remain payable is any price difference between your old ticket and the new one, if the train you choose is more expensive.
