With each OUIGO ticket, the luggage allowance is as follows: one piece of hand baggage and one piece of cabin baggage. The baggage dimensions for OUIGO are 27 cm x 36 cm x 15 cm and 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm, respectively, including handle, pockets and wheels.

Each passenger can book one additional piece of train luggage, not exceeding 25 kg and 2 metres, from the "My Bookings" section and up to 30 minutes before the departure of the train.

With OUIGO, Wifi on board whenever you want! Do you want to travel connected, work online, listen to your favourite music or browse social media? Our on-board OUIFI service is available to passengers on board the train and you can connect at any time during your journey.

Babies from 0 to 3 years old travel free on OUIGO and children travel at a flat rate of 7€. If you want to travel with children, each adult can bring a baby and two children. Children from 4 to 13 years old travel with a child ticket and babies from 0 to 3 years old travel with a baby ticket. From the age of 14, they can travel alone with an adult ticket.

Travelling by train with a dog is possible with OUIGO, as well as with cats, ferrets and birds - other than poultry - weighing no more than 10 kg. You can take up to two pets each in their own closed, rigid, waterproof carrier with a maximum size of 60 cm x 35 cm x 35 cm.

 

With OUIGO, take your dog on the train. Make your OUIGO pet reservation up to 30 minutes before the train departs and enjoy the journey together.

Travel with your bicycle on the train with OUIGO and enjoy it when you arrive at your destination. All you have to do is purchase the additional baggage option online when you buy your ticket or up to 30 minutes before the train departs in your "My Reservations" space.

Remember that bicycles must be disassembled and stored in suitable transport cases when boarding the train. The maximum size of each package is 120 cm x 90 cm, with a maximum weight of 30 kg.
