OUIGO sponsored LUNA SUR, an indie afternoon event, featuring artists like La La Love You and Ultraligera.
Some plans aren’t just “a plan”. They’re a proper hit. And that’s exactly what happened on 18 August at Marenostrum Fuengirola, where we took part in LUNA SUR OUIGO ON TOUR, an indie late-afternoon party with live music and an atmosphere that made the day fly by at high speed.
LUNA SUR OUIGO ON TOUR: an experience to be enjoyed differently
This time, we were sponsors of the experience and wanted to bring influencers and local press along so they could enjoy the afternoon event and the different experience points we had set up inside the venue.
The idea was clear: let guests experience the OUIGO atmosphere from the inside, with indie music and good vibes taking centre stage.
An indie afternoon party with this line-up is a no-brainer
The line-up brought together Ultraligera, La La Love You, Puño Dragón, Paula Mattheus, Juanca & Pope Supersub DJ’s and Barry B. A mix designed to turn the afternoon into a journey through different sounds, rhythms and ways of understanding an indie-flavoured festival.
Not much else was needed: the setting, the music and the time of day did the rest. Because an afternoon event has something the night doesn’t: a different kind of light, a more laid-back energy and the feeling that there’s still plenty more to come.
OUIGO’s presence: a full-on experience
We gave it everything! One of the key things was that we didn’t just stick a logo on it and call it a day. There were several elements designed so the public could experience the festival to the fullest.
Giant XL Seat
One of the main features — and one that definitely caught everyone’s attention — was a giant XL Seat we installed to take the best photos and bring the OUIGO universe to the festival in a way that was instantly recognisable.
Video projections full of rhythm
To reinforce our style inside the venue and add a bit of magic to the festival, we projected visuals and videos so the energy kept going at all times.
OUIGO balls
Yes, the balls you already know. One of our classics for creating a unique moment with the crowd. And for keeping everyone jumping!
VIP box
OUIGO also had a VIP box for its guests, so they could enjoy the experience in even greater comfort than one of our XL seats.
The idea is simple: make OUIGO part of the memory. So when someone thinks back to that afternoon event, they don’t just remember the artists, but also the OUIGO experience around them that helped multiply the fun.
A closing burst of summer energy
18 August left us with one of those days that sums up what OUIGO ON TOUR is all about: music, shared experiences and a presence that’s there to add to the moment, not interrupt it.
With LUNA SUR OUIGO ON TOUR, OUIGO brought its world to Marenostrum Fuengirola and did so with a simple but effective proposition: be in the right place, with the right attitude, and let the festival flow naturally. See you at more festivals!
