Each passenger can book one additional piece of train luggage, not exceeding 30 kg and 2 meters, from the "My Bookings" section and up to 30 minutes before the departure of the train.
WIFI

CHILDREN AND DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE FAMILIES
Babies from 0 to 3 years old travel free on OUIGO and children travel at a flat rate of €7. If you want to travel with children, each adult can bring a baby and two children. Children from 4 to 13 years old travel with a child ticket and babies from 0 to 3 years old travel with a baby ticket. From the age of 14, they can travel alone with an adult ticket.

PETS AND DOGS
Travelling by train with a dog is possible with OUIGO, as well as with cats, ferrets and birds - other than poultry - weighing no more than 10 kg. You can take up to two pets each in their own closed, rigid, waterproof carrier with a maximum size of 60 cm x 35 cm x 35 cm.
With OUIGO, take your dog on the train. Make your OUIGO pet reservation up to 30 minutes before the train departs and enjoy the journey together.
BICYCLES
Travel with your bicycle on the train with OUIGO and enjoy it when you arrive at your destination. All you have to do is purchase the additional baggage option online when you buy your ticket or up to 30 minutes before the train departs in your "My Reservations" space.
Remember that bicycles must be disassembled and stored in suitable transport cases when boarding the train. The maximum size of each package is 120 cm x 90 cm, with a maximum weight of 30 kg.
OUIGO FULL
OUIGO FULL is an extra service with which you can travel in XL seats, which are wider and more comfortable, for €17 in addition to the cost of the ESSENTIAL service. These seats and your choice of seats are subject to availability.
It also allows you to take one hand luggage (36 cm x 27 cm x 15 cm), one cabin luggage (55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm), and two additional pieces of luggage or XL luggage (2 m and 30 kg maximum). With this option you can make changes to the time and date of your reservations, as well as change your name, all in an unlimited way with the FLEX option included in OUIGO FULL.
OUIGO PLUS
OUIGO PLUS is an extra service to travel in XL seats, which are wider and more comfortable, for only 9 Euros to add to the cost of your ticket.
In addition, it allows you to carry one handbag (36 cm x 27 cm x 15 cm), one cabin baggage (55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm), and one additional piece of luggage (2 m x 2 m and 30 kg maximum). This option allows you to make unlimited name changes on your ticket. If you wish to change the date of travel, you must pay a fee of 30 euros, plus the difference in price between the tickets, if any. This extra service is compatible with OUIGO FLEX and becomes OUIGO PLUS FLEX for an additional 7 euros, thus allowing the date of the journey to be changed at no extra cost.
OUIGO FLEX
OUIGO FLEX allows you to change travel date and time. If you would like to add the FLEX option again, you must select it in the booking process when you make the change.
SEAT CHOICE OPTION
You can book the seats of your choice! When you buy your ticket, you can choose which coach you want to travel in upper carriage, lower carriage… You can even book an XL seat! Take your pick!
OUIGO BAR
You can enjoy our cafeteria up in the Sky deck, specifically in coaches 4 and 12. Enjoy the view while you savour a delicious bite!
