Lille is a major city and has 2 railway stations: Lille Europe and Lille-Flandres (served by OUIGO).

Flandres station has established itself as an indispensable northern railway station. Thanks to its  proximity to the capital (between 50 minutes and 1hr 20mins away), it is the northern terminus of  the Paris-Nord – Lille line, one of France's most important railway lines.

The city of Lille also provides connections with other nearby European countries (United Kingdom,  Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands).

Lille-Flandres train station is the only one to run OUIGO services but you can still cross France thanks  to their numerous destinations.
