OUIGO tickets aren't accepted by the "NAVIGO" turnstiles used to access platforms in the Île-de-France region (does not apply to Paris itself).
How to get to the railway station and find your OUIGO Classical train platform?
Go to the Point de Rencontre (Meeting Point) in the station's “Hall Principal”, which is on the Guichets (Tickets) side, located on Place Gallieni.
A member of staff will let you onto the platform, which will open 20 minutes before your train's departure.
Check the platform number on the display screens at the station and make sure you arrive at the platform at least 5 minutes before your train's scheduled departure time.
